    A chocolate enrober is a typical machine for uniformly coating chocolate on the center material surface, including the base and ends. The centre material can be nougat, biscuit, fondant, or caramel.
     
    The width of the enrober can be made to meet requirements from 400-900mm, the length of the cooling tunnel is based on product specifications, and the cooling tunnel frame is manufactured by stainless steel or mild steel. All chocolate-connected parts are of 304 stainless steel.
