Small Chocolate covering machine enrobering production line
By repurposing a chocolate fountain, PAPA food machine built an automatic enrober and accompanying tumbler to cover everything in chocolate with ease.
The commercial fully automatic small chocolate wrapping machine is a specialized machine used for wrapping different types of products, such as grain bars, energy bars, protein bars, candy bars, rice slices, wafer cakes and wafer bars, birthday cakes, cakes, bread, bread rolls, pies, pancakes, snacks, candies, candies, preserves and mooncakes, cookies, biscuits, crispy cookies, cake balls, date palm balls and chocolate truffles, glutinous rice balls, dates, strawberries and other fruits.
Unlike other liquids such as water, chocolate is mainly saturated fat, which means that cooling to room temperature produces a solid that is not easily mobile. However, the chocolate fountain has already explained this fact by including an internal heater and a spiral drill based pump that can move liquid chocolate from the bowl up to the top while ensuring stable flow. After finding a suitable model, our company printed a new nozzle that can be installed at the top of the fountain and redirected the chocolate to one side in a waterfall like pattern to achieve a uniform coating.
