    Automatic Burrata Making Machine

    Capacity: Select based on daily production (e.g. P180 for 5000 pieces per day, Mozzamatic for 10000-20000 pieces per day).
    Hygiene: For parts that come into contact with food, 304 stainless steel is required. CIP in place cleaning and food grade PU conveyor belts are preferred.
    Craft adaptation: Supports adjustable shell/filling ratio (commonly 1:9-9:1), can shape standard spherical shapes, balancing efficiency and handmade texture.

    The outer shell is made of hand stretched mozzarella (pasta filata process), filled with stracciatella (chopped cheese shreds) and fresh cream inside, and closed into a round ball; After cutting open, the filling will flow out smoothly
    Commonly made from cow's milk, there is also a buffalo milk version with a richer flavor
    The appearance is pure white and round, similar to ordinary fresh mozzarella.

     

    The Burrata making machine is a filling and shaping equipment specifically designed for mass production of Breta cheese. Its core lies in simulating the manual process of "wrapping the outer bag with the inner filling", achieving automation of outer shell molding, inner filling, and sealing, and solving the pain points of low manual efficiency and uneven shape.

     

    Raw material processing: Mix Stracciatella cheese shreds with fresh cream to make the filling, while preparing the cheese outer bag skin.
    Automatic filling: By using a metering pump/spiral feeding, the filling is injected into the cheese skin and synchronized to complete the closing and shaping process.
    Temperature control and demolding: The hot water jacket is used for temperature control (to maintain the softness and toughness of the cheese), combined with non stick molds (such as UPE/Teflon), to achieve precise demolding.
    Quality control: Single weighing and removal of defective products to ensure consistency in taste and appearance of each bursting pulp.
