The innovation of the new continuous linear extruder lies in its use of the pressure inside a special patented screw pump to produce a large number of products, especially protein snacks and superfoods.
Specially suitable for squeezing almond candy, almond paste, hazelnuts, peanuts, and other types of nuts, date palm paste, orange paste, as well as for preparing and making bar shaped foods, protein snacks, superfoods, and any similar consistency compounds.
This machine uses a temperature controlled screw pump to transport and shape the dough into a selected format through a pipeline with interchangeable 3-hole heads.
The protein bar cutting machine allows operators to choose the format, size, and final weight of the extruded product. Due to its connection with the coating and cooling channels, it helps to wrap chocolate and any decorations, ensuring high output of approximately 100/120 kg/hour of extruded products, covering, cooling, and preparing for subsequent packaging.

The barbell protein bars machine is equipped with a comfortable and intuitive touchscreen panel, where you can view and select product formats and extrusion speeds. The temperature regulating plate made entirely of aluminum is placed under the screw pump, and due to the car's refrigeration system, it can be operated in either heating or cooling mode.
