Multifunctional Small Collagen Bar Extruder is our fourth generation protein bar extruder, the small protein bar extruder is designed horizontally for better dough movement, made of two PE screws ( stainless steel screw also can be choice)  inside the flat feed hopper Driven, the screw moves the premix into the dough for even dough distribution, then the dough exits a custom nozzle to form a bar, which is finally conveyed and sliced by a separate vertical protein bar cutter. 

Protein bar extruder is suitable for making various bars like date bars, energy bars, fruit bars, protein bars, chocolate bars, vegan bars, Cereal bar, Muesli bars, Nutritious bars, snack bars ,fruit bars making and so on 
 

The small protein bar extruder is controlled by PLC program and operated by display panel. All settings are completed on the touch screen, including adjusting the speed of each segment and setting the memory.

The small protein bar extruder can be used alone or in combination with other food machinery: it can be combined with cooling channels for products that need to be cooled; can be combined with chocolate coating for chocolate coated products; can be combined with Packaging Machines for automatic bagging: Combinable with oven baking, usable in other food production lines,  it also can connected with ultrasonic cutter for massive producing ice box cookies .

This protein bar machine's hopper can load 60kg dough mixture , it is much powful than other similar machine on the market .
