The PLC intelligent touch system accurately adjusts the ratio of skin and filling (1:1 to 3:1 free switching), combined with a German imported arc cutter and a double belt rounding device. The finished product has a uniform size (adjustable diameter of 15-50mm), high roundness, and the core filling is centered without leakage. The maximum production capacity is 100 units per minute, with a weight error of ≤± 1g, which can be operated by one person. It is suitable for large-scale production in dessert shops and food factories, and cleaning only requires dismantling and washing the hopper, saving time, labor, and worry.
