Protein ball rolling machine's working principle: It usually needs to be used in conjunction with an extruder. The extruder first extrudes the protein raw materials and filling into a specific shape, and then sends it to the rolling machine. The rolling machine uses stainless steel structure and aluminum rollers to roll the material, forming a rounded sphere during the rolling process.
The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and coated with Teflon for anti sticking and wear-resistant dual material hopper. It is suitable for various raw materials such as thin and soft jujube paste, granular nuts, etc., and can easily achieve composite flavors such as jujube paste wrapped with walnuts and flow filling injection. The PLC intelligent touch system accurately adjusts the ratio of skin and filling (1:1 to 3:1 free switching), combined with a German imported arc cutter and a double belt rounding device. The finished product has a uniform size (adjustable diameter of 15-50mm), high roundness, and the core filling is centered without leakage. The maximum production capacity is 100 units per minute, with a weight error of ≤± 1g, which can be operated by one person. It is suitable for large-scale production in dessert shops and food factories, and cleaning only requires dismantling and washing the hopper, saving time, labor, and worry.
The modular design is compatible with the production of multiple categories such as jujube paste balls, nut energy balls, and flow core sweet potatoes. It can quickly change molds and switch products within 5 minutes, and can deliver three standard molds of 26/32/43mm to meet differentiated market needs. Servo drive+frequency conversion control technology achieves rapid prototyping in 0.8 seconds, with a raw material utilization rate of up to 98% and a defect rate as low as less than 1%, far exceeding the level of traditional equipment. Equipped with automatic rounding and powder coating integration functions, the finished product has a smooth and burr free surface, retaining the dense texture of manual packaging while solving the pain points of low manual production efficiency and difficult quality control. It is suitable for both start-up stores and medium-sized factories.
