    Coconut date ball with chocolate fillings machine consists of P180 Automatic encrusting machine, P180-1 Automatic energy ball rolling machine and P180-2 Coconut flakes coating machine. The P180 Automatic encrusting machine is the major extruder machine for making both center filled balls and non-filled balls. There are three hoppers: the left hopper for the dough casing and extrusion, the other right hopper and the top hopper for center filling materials. The ball sizes can be changed by the extrusion nozzles. The P180-1 Automatic energy ball rolling machine is specially made for rolling the dough into a ball shape. The ball diameter range is 10mm-50mm. The energy ball roller machine consists of stainless 304 structure and teflon coated aluminum rolling wheel. The rolling wheel need to be customized according to customer's ball diameter. It is easy to replace and operate. The P180-2 Automatic coconut flakes coating machine inside is inserted into a rotating drum with adjustable speed. The coconut flakes coating machine can coat coconut flakes, cocoa powder, grounded nuts, smashed nuts, seeds, and so on.

    The Double Fillings Frooze Balls machine is equipped with three hoppers, which respectively place the filling and dough into different hoppers. The dough will be pressed into the interior of the machine. During this process, the raw materials are subjected to spiral compression and restriction, gradually forming long strips. The cutting knife will divide the long strips into dough balls.
    Afterwards, the irregular protein balls enter the kneading machine, which kneads the double sandwich protein ball raw materials, using friction and pressure to make the surface of the raw materials smoother and the shape more regular, accurately controlling the size of each protein ball.

     

    Filling Conveyor System : Precise injection of filling (such as chocolate sauce, jam, protein filling), adjustable flow rate. 

    Rolling machine :Rotating disc or vibrating disc, which rolls the initial blank into a smooth sphere under centrifugal/frictional force.
    Outer layer coating system :Uniformly wrap protein powder/other powders around the outer layer of the filling to form the initial blank.
